"Just wanted to say thank you to Jen. We had to take our car to the garage on Wednesday afternoon (like 4:30ish). They needed a copy of our insurance card. So I popped open my trusty app. Emailed the card to the service lady. Printed it out...and it's expired. Couldn't understand why the app hadn't updated it. So I called the office and got Jen. She emailed the current copy to the garage and all was good in less than 5 minutes! Great service. Very pleased. This is why I am glad we switched to Janessa and her team."

"Called yesterday to have my vehicle insurance transferred from Idaho to PA. Jenn said she would call me back in a few minutes after processing my information. Never heard back from her. I called twice today and it rang through to their voicemail. I left a voicemail the first time. No call back. So I just had my mom call because I suspected they were screening my number although I am not sure why? Business is business??. Sure enough, they answered my mom’s call right away! Super disappointed and I will be escalating this to State Farm’s Human Resource Department and the BBB."
